About Me

Hi! Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Lilli Bryant. I started my fitness journey in December 2018, and it's been a crazy journey of finding strength, and discipline through diet, and exercise. My starting weight was 265, and I'm currently 85 lbs down (180). I created a cookbook with meals that I've made throughout my journey that helped me lose the weight, along with designing resistance bands. I was having a hard time finding bands that had good resistance, but didn't roll, so I designed these, and I absolutely love them, and I know you will too!
